Florida made it a crime in 2023 to enter the state if you are in the US illegally and he was arrested on that charge. Since he is a US citizen it is impossible for Florida to charge him under that statute.

Trans women in the UK in 2024 were responsible for 0.009% of all sexual offences in the UK. Since most populations have around 1% transgender makeup this would say they are less likely as offenders.
