@NJBeach_Cat @EmmaJaneStanle2 The abuse i was accused of didn't affect me at the time, i think it was a fight or flight situation. However, years later i have began to accept the trauma but still struggle to deal with it. I left the house with nothing but a t-shirt on my back and lost everything i ever owned.

One thing iv learnt over the years is that blocking out the pain is not the answer, at least for me, it only delays the inevitable car crash of negative emotions.
I have so much pain in my heart that i dont know what to do with it, dont know how to process it, I feel lost

@wondermum79 I knew this was coming, the same happened to me, couldn't even post pictures or mention there names without the threat of prison... & injunctions last years! The best thing i done was come off social media, you need to think smart now, be patient & strategize carefully, good luck

@MrsJohnson1776 Thank you for speaking up about this, it is 100% true. From my experience, it is done to hurt the father and the children's well-being simply does not matter to them. As long as I suffer the children's suffering is a consequence she is willing to pay.
