@benthompson Yeah, got to pay attention, it created a release process for one of my apps that treats it like I'm launching nuclear weapons rather than a simple SaaS, eg a bunch of independent offline cryptographicly signed gates, etc. Took a couple days to simplify it into something usable.

@jturntdev Whenever there is a hard reset, chances are they're probably due to some changes to usage limits/configuration which requires resetting everyone. Or they have spare capacity at the moment so want everyone to "use" their reset now.
