@DrRLofthouse @NowTeachOrg Interestingly the main reason our career changers move to teaching is to give something back to society, especially to young people. No doubt some feel able to adjust their lifestyle to a trainee teacher’s pay. But many more do find it a stretch.

@gillybethstern Again, not black. White cardigan might be nice. Blue/navy/picked out colour from print/cropped/cashmere ideal. Re white trainers, make sure they are super white and box fresh and you’ll easily get away with them and it’s an excuse to buy a new pair.
