@scottmelker Hence now they both need a neutral token for settlements Coz they don't want to use each other's token. It's like if I make candies at my home, why would I use or transact with other home's candy but I cannot avoid inter home transacts so I'll use XRP

StableCoins have issuers and hence the responsibility and liability of that stable coin lies with the issuer. Now if Bank of America issues a stable coin and JPM also issues a stable coin, they would like to use their own stable coin instead of other.
