@Swiggy @SwiggyCares Today I have order (id#239213033432889) a product from Instamart. When I checked the product, the expiry date is missing.When I checked with your customer support in chat he mentioned the item is not expired but it's not mentioned in the product.

Please note

For food, baby products, medicines, supplements, and consumables, missing expiry information can be a consumer safety issue. 

I have provided the photos of the product to your team in mail but still I haven’t received any resolution.

as per the (FSSAI) regulations, pre-packaged food products must explicitly display date markings on their labels to ensure consumer safety and quality.
So please let me know what should I do because your customer support told me he can't do anything

I’ve reached out to support and hope this gets resolved quickly. But honestly, please improve your quality checks. No one wants to open their groceries to find spoiled food. I have already consumed 3 eggs if something happened to me thn who is responsible for that @bigbasket_com
