Pretty appalled by @LGCanada service and new machine. It's my 16th call since June. Last 3 calls, say they'll call me back to dispatch someone to check the machine. Nothing happens. Already had to show via video call machine isn't working. Any ideas how to resolve this?

@lynesworld Zinc mouth/ throat spray has worked well for many other viruses for me for planes + Echinacea tincture leading up to plane and after. I often also do min 3000mg of vitamin c per day the several days before and after + vitamin d for my body weight
