@MrPrice My 96 year old Mom bought a new Samsung phone on 19 Jan. 2026. She cannot use it and the store in Howick is refusing to take it back. Why? This is unfair as legally she should be able to take it back. Please can you assist me. 🙏🏼

@CheckersSA I have now been to three stores in Johannesburg and cashiers seem to be MIA. Is there a reason the stores only have 3 working cash desks. Sadly I must now find a shopping alternative. The queues at peak times, and in fact, any time, are way too long.
