Hey @FifthThird - my boyfriend has spent the better part of an hour getting transferred endlessly between customer service departments to resolve a lost card issue. After being a customer for 30 years, this is insulting. Pls can higher level escalation help???
@Sur_La_Table horrible customer service experience! In store pickup order shorted us an item and realized when we got home. Called the store, they said to call customer service who then said to call the store (round and round we go!) and still no resolution.
@CoxHelp help! Internet is out (again....) in Phoenix. Seems to be every other week lately. Trying to stream movies with friends for my birthday. Please fix these countless intermittent service outages!
Hey @Avis at YYZ and our “preferred” reservation wasn’t on the board and have been waiting over 20 min for a car to be brought around (after waiting 20 min in line). Wizard number PW695A - some “preferred” service this is! 👎
Hey @AirCanada the service at your ATL deck is beyond slow - were 3rd in line and have been waiting for over 30 min to get checked in. Ridiculous and line queuing up big time behind us. Staff more agents please!
