Queuing for an hour with live chat, got put through to customer services & entered a new queue, then shifted back to original queue- the bot says ‘you’re on holiday’ we are not! We have a complaint!

@My5_tv yet again I find myself searching searching searching for a programme to catch up on that was on Channel 5 on Tuesday 16th August…….your App is appalling! Not user friendly AT ALL!!!!! You really need to look at other Apps & improve yours to keep up with technology!
