Finally after explaining the account was closed due to death and again receiving another “oh I’m sorry” an offer of a cheque being sent was made 2.5 weeks later NO cheque

@BritishGas @BBCWatchdog @Offcom unable to close a dead persons account sensitively and in a timely manner. “We are allowed to take 6 weeks by offcom so that’s our standard” The final bill was in credit so a call was made and a “we will refund to the bank account” of a dead woman
