I will never book another holiday through @OntheBeachUK again and I would not recommend another person to do so. I was stuck in Dubai and after eventually getting through to customer services who were no help at all. Disgraceful company, passed the book any which way they could

@OntheBeachUK This coming from a holiday company that will simply profit from the fact that holiday prices will exponentially rise as soon as schools start to do this at the same time! Paying actors to send parents such a naive message simply insults the intelligence of actual parents

Booked a holiday in good faith with @OntheBeachUK, paid, they emailed a time later saying the room we selected was no longer available and to pay £400 more to change rooms!!!! Ludicrous and #awfulcustomerservice Happened before with @Jet2_meme@TUIUK and the room got changed FOC

@OntheBeachUK U lot are terrible at customer care...... I've paid twice for extra luggage now and now I can't get hold of a human being to sort it out. Just tell me to do live chat... Only problem is live chat bot has a f***ING negative I.Q..... so what now as I'm £100 down???
I will never use @OntheBeachUK again. Terrible, almost non existent customer service and today, 5 days out from our holiday and having already booked a hotel without breakfast, we find the “perk” promised at booking of a lounge pass has been revoked. Fuck awful company
@OntheBeachUK I’m trying to contact someone regarding a holiday I have booked. I have received absolutely no acknowledgment of my booking although you’ve taken my money! Live chat is next to useless as it won’t let me speak to someone without confirming my booking number.
