These gym walls have been the backdrop for many celebrations over the last 60 years. Today was a Celebration of the Life of Ty Montgomery. He was a proud 2021 Greyhound graduate. Our thoughts continue to be with the Montgomery Family. Once A Greyhound Always A Greyhound!

We nod heads in approval saying every student can be proficient on a high-stakes test, but when we say kids can be taught to wear a mask in a high-stakes situation, watch the heads shake in disbelief. Do we believe in kids or not?
I’d appreciate no conversations surrounding our students and education beginning with the statement, “Kids can’t,” especially from adults who aren’t modeling these practices.
I don’t know what will happen this fall when schools across the US should be opening, but I do know that worrying about it will not change anything. Try your best to enjoy your summer break when it comes and focus on your mental health.
