New York City encourages illegal fraud from tenants applying to a program that has no funds to avoid eviction, knowing they have money to pay their rent. Small landlords get 0 support from the city and are 99.9% of the time demonized and looked upon as a slumlord.

GOOD CAUSE EVICTION BILL 3082 wants to take away the ability to use a unit for our families. It allows ONLY owner to use a unit. The law would prohibit me housing my elderly parents, or children even when a lease is up. This is taking of private property
