@Debenhams after reporting how my order turned up and being told somebody would contact me by the 18th to discuss this , i’m still waiting …..
Sending mouldy shoes to a customer and then not dealing with the complaint promptly isn’t giving excellent customer service vibes
@evrisupportline can someone contact me regarding a failed delivery that is now being sent back to the sender . 2nd time this has happened and customer service is not helpful at all
@bustlermarket why can you not order to table at the Bingo Loco event???? massive queues at the bar and no room in between tables to keep getting up for drinks . V poor organisation
@EE trying to upgrade online , webpage isn’t responding and can’t speak to an advisor. Surely somebody wants to help me spend more money with your company??
@nextofficial it’s the same excuse every time, surely by now you could do something about the site crashing and stop all the tweets from disappointed customers
@nextofficial still having trouble with your sale website, items disappear out the basket and pages don’t load. On the last sale I had the same problem so not just a recent problem ☹️
@jlandpcustserv just received a parcel that my daughter ordered as a Christmas present and it’s smashed to smithereens . Phoned customer service and was fobbed off completely. Can anyone help sort this for me?
@jlandpcustserv And that’s the problem , she is in Sydney, Australia so with time differences it’s going to make it extremely difficult. But pretty sure dealing with my actual complaint about the actual damaged delivery could have happened without any mention of her account.
@dpd_support this is how my delivery arrived today , battered packaging and smashed product inside. Driver could definitely hear the glass rattling around that’s obviously why he dumped and sped away!
