I am begging critics of the puberty blocker trial to stop getting lost in the weeds arguing about research ethics, Gillick competence, informed consent, fertility preservation and the like. The NHS’s refusal to complete the Data Linkage Study (DLS) before proceeding with a new trial is the ONLY argument worth making on this issue. Everything else is a distraction.
The DLS would find out what has happened to all the children who have already taken puberty blockers. There is NO justification for proceeding with a puberty blocker trial before the DLS is complete. The entire programme of future research in this area should be informed by its results. The fact that the NHS is getting ready to run a live experiment on vulnerable children before it has even established the fate of those it has already experimented on is utterly damning.
The deeply disappointing Dr Cass should be widely derided for her ridiculous comments on ‘harm reduction’. The DLS IS harm reduction. Critics of the trial must stop fighting on their opponents turf by quibbling over technical details. We need to relentlessly force the DLS onto the agenda and expose the shameful hypocrisy of the NHS. DO THE DLS.

There are points when you can see Farage tremble and even accuse the BBC of putting him in danger. 🤦‍♂️

At one point, he let slip that the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards may 'disagree' with him on the rules around donations.

He knows he's going to be found guilty on this one. He's in trouble, and his face gave it away gloriously.

The Hello Fresh ad is an example of the difference between progressive and permissive - and it's one of the major ways in which the left has landed us in what I'm pretty sure cultural archaeologists will call The Cretinous Era.

Progressive = equal rights & treatment for all.
Permissive = allowing groups to carve out exceptions to the universalism that is a core tenet of a free and fair society.

Permissiveness is sought by the worst people on the planet. And it's allowed by 'progressives' who are so deeply insecure that they will just roll over and become a doormat rather than put up a single boundary.

Examples:

Progressive: equal rights for gay people
Permissive: "Oh, you just noshed each other off on the street at Pride? No, that's like totally cool man. Who am I to judge?"

Progressive: freedom of religion for all
Permissive: you can make death threats based on your religious beliefs and we'll 'respect' your culture

Progressive: let's not judge people who have gender dysophoria, a vanishingly rare mental illness
Permissive: any man can use women's spaces as long as he utters the magic words "I am trans"

Permissiveness is dangerous in and of itself. But also because it generates such (righteous) anger that it rolls back the gains progressiveness created. The baby starts getting thrown out with the rancid, tainted bathwater.

The biggest 'enemy' of progressivism has never been the people who oppose progress.

It's been the people who are so tragically obsessed with being seen as 'cool' or 'down with the kids' that they will tolerate even the most stupid of ideas, coming from the most deviant, obnoxious or dangerous people on the planet.

The courageous Sall Grover @salltweets has just been ordered to pay $20,000 compensation + additional legal costs of up to $100,000, as punishment for knowing that men are not women.

Jason 'Roxy' Tickle, seen in the video below, has been harassing Grover for five years.

The lawsuit he filed against her was based on his claim that he was discriminated against for being denied access to a women-only forum found on the app Grover developed, called Giggle.

This has resulted in Australia's legal test case for whether or not "gender identity" should supersede, and thus erase, women's rights. Today we learned that the courts of Australia prioritize the feelings of men who claim to be women over the reality of actual women.

Main Appeal Costs: Grover must pay the respondent's (Tickle's) costs for the appeal up to a maximum of $50,000.

Cross-Appeal Costs: Grover must also pay the cross-appellants' (Tickle's) costs for the cross-appeal, up to a maximum of $50,000.

When reading out the decision, Justice Melissa Perry said, "Ms Sally Grover and Giggle for Girls Proprietary Limited, engaged in unlawful direct discrimination against the respondent, Ms Roxanne Tickle, on the ground of her gender identity...

... thereby treating Ms Tickle, who is a transgender woman, less favourably than a woman designated female at birth, seeking access to the Giggle app... The appellants are to pay to the respondent a sum of $20,000 within 60 days."

"...The appellants [must] pay the respondents' costs of the appeal up to a maximum of $50,000... The cross-respondents pay the cross-appellants' costs of the cross-appeal, as agreed or assessed, up to a maximum of $50,000."

Tickle, the man who initiated the complaint, has been playing on a field hockey team for females - where he has said the youngest player is 15 - while also sharing photos of himself using the women's change room.

On his personal Instagram account, Tickle has also shared photos of his underwear and dilators, jokes about sex toys, and as well has posted several cartoons drawn by a Canadian transgender diaper fetishist.

The transgender movement enables the worst and most perverse men to utilize the law in order to terrorize women who oppose their displays of public fetishism and voyeurism.

The demands of men such as Tickle, men with sexual pathologies, are taken seriously by the courts while women who oppose them are publicly slandered. Gender identity ideology reduces women and girls to a male fantasy and fetish.

lIf you do anything today, watch @MaeveHalligan at the Cambridge Union. I genuinely think this was the first time many people in that room were confronted with the hard reality of the trans debate, rather than the slogans that usually surround it.

@BuckAngel was exceptional: calm, articulate, humane. Ultimate respect.

And then there was Helen Webberley. I remember once thinking the criticism directed at her by GC women was excessive, especially the claim she was ‘pure evil’. After hearing her speak, I no longer think that. She is totally insincere. I can deal with hard ideologues- they believe they are telling the truth; they are genuine, @HelenWebberley is different.

One audience member, a trans-identified male and former patient of hers, stood to speak during points of information. His account of how he had been treated was deeply disturbing.

My position hasn't changed in the slightest. What you, and many other men, fail to grasp, possibly because you're so used to women coddling men's feelings you see it as the natural order of things, is that while a trans-identified man is absolutely and rightly free to dress and refer to himself however he likes in our society, that doesn't give him rights over women's beliefs and speech. I don't believe a man literally becomes a woman when he identifies as one, and as I have freedom of speech, I have the right to call him a man. The verifiable truth of sex forms the legal basis for women's rights and for safeguarding. Nothing reveals your inability to grasp this issue, or your fundamental sexism, more than the fact that you, a man, are assuming the right to dictate to women how they should speak about men.
