Under these circumstances, this is a wanted pregnancy. If an abortion occurs at 23 weeks, it's because there is a problem with the mother or the fetus. It's not a matter of convenience.

I can't imagine any circumstance where this would happen. You learn about a pregnancy within the first trimester typically and you decide what your future will be. Mom or not.
