Morning @ScotRail why did it cost me £19.60 for an off peak to Edinburgh from milngavie from my station ticket machine but if I bought it from the ticket office (which was closed) it would only cost me £16.80. How do I get a refund of £2.80. I’d rather give it to charity thanks

@ScotRail Hi Ste, if I was able to buy it at the ticket office I would’ve got a return Milngavie to Qn St £3.60 and then return Qn St to Edinburgh £13.30.
