@smtravis@danabanker@aric_chokey@FreeSpeechMTSU The honor was ours. Thanks for talking to so many MTSU_SOJ students. I'm so grateful for the hard work your newspaper did in the aftermath of the Parkland shooting. Knowing the truth and facts WILL help other communities. Getting to the truth and facts is not easy. #freepress
Thanks to all the great people @mtsu and @FreeSpeechMTSU who made our visit so special. We thoroughly enjoyed our discussions with your students. Special thanks to @debfisher@kenpaulson1, keep up the great work!

We ran into Susan Lynn walking to the caucus meeting. She still has confidence in Casada. “For three text messages? Please.” Asks to see our phones and Sam Stockard obliges.
@schelzig Court of Appeals decision on the Open Meetings Act was about the Tennessee Constitution giving the Legislature control over its own proceedings not that they can't pass laws affecting future lawmakers (think ethics reform). Just not laws removing control over proceedings. IMHO
It's seeming like every couple days we get another drip-drip of texts. Joking about whether girls are old enough to have sex with (or if it's considered statutory rape) is beyond the pale. Period. https://t.co/GJ317ieAR4
@joelebert29@TNHouseReps@TimRudd34 I just can't get over the fact that Tennessee will be the FIRST with criminal penalties for voter registration! Very chilling. Surely there is a better way!
