@hubermanlab Also whether you recommend collagen or other supplements? As I understand it, collagen type 1 and 3 help the skin, but is there a good one for type 2 also added so that I can get join benefits at the same time?

@hubermanlab Best ways to keep skin healthy and vibrant as we age - so many chemical based and heavily marketed anti aging products that don’t work and are bad for our internal systems to absorb. Regime and what vitamins minerals etc are important to include. Thanks!
