@fxofbeauty must be one of the most incompetent companies around. One order sent in two parcels. One went missing, offered refund or replacement. Obv I’d like a replacement. But oh wait… THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE REPLACEMENT. Ffs. And that’ll take another 5 days for a response.

Hey @ScotRail any chance we can get the street/car park lights at Chatelherault station on the right timings? I get off the 8:50pm train and it’s pitch black but they’re on when I get the 7:08am train in the daylight 🤔

@CitroenUK it’s beyond ridiculous that my C3, which is still under warranty and has become undrivable cannot be seen by any central Scotland Citroen garage before January?!? And all CS can do is ask a garage to look at it sooner 😂😫 what am I expected to do until then????

Honestly still so mad that @elliegoulding @TicketmasterUK @TicketmasterCS tickets haven’t been allowed resale or transfer 😩😭 highly unlikely I’ll be going now and loosing £80 for the tickets 🙃 also ticket insurance is literally a waste of time and money

@LushLtd so I’ve now received an email apologising for overselling stock and my order being impacted. And a goodwill gesture emailed… but still not mention of a refund being processed ?! Can anyone enlighten on how long that’s going to take?

@LushLtd forever disappointing with the sales. Ordered five gift sets in the sale, got my order today. One gift set, no email to state others out of stock, only a note online to say partially dispatched. And no signs of a refund.
