@MaileyCapital @ronmortgageguy I must have a flawed perspective of that. Western Canada is heavy industry based. From my experience technology and automation has only increased the need for skilled labour/professional trade. Preventative Maintenance needs would be one in many categories of job creation.

@ronmortgageguy @MaileyCapital I completely agree with you. I’m coming at it from the perspective of a career oriented job, with particular education required for the position. Not a minimum wage position. Public and private sectors need to start at least making up for inflation at least a little.

@youseepeeYYC This is not just since the Conservative government. As an ex government employee, I witnessed Alberta Infrastructure continually mismanage and waste public money. It stems from an internal toxic culture starting at executive down to floor level workers.
