@caitteach Check in with all staff at least once every couple of months. You could do small groups or individually if you have a smaller staff. You might not get honesty the first couple of times, but eventually, if you are genuine, people may start talking. Takes time, but worth it.

@LShachtay That's so kind Louise. My heart is broken hearing of all the staff that gave their all, some for years, feeling that they must move on. I can name 1000 things each have done to make school a welcoming place, for the kids that need a safe, welcoming space. 💔

@rdecter Shoes, clothing, especially jackets, food (lots of food), formula for their babies, money for the bus to get to appointments, candles for wakes, dainties and such for funerals, grad shoes, pads, tampons, personal items like soap, shampoo, deodorant..the list is endless.
