@TUIUK I am a regular traveler with a disability. I was a NHS professional I am not a dummy in a shape of a human wanting to see the world. The standard of how disabled people should be treated while travelling has dropped. We are NOT a burden stop making us feel like that.
@TUIUK returned this morning from a holiday to Morocco TUI let me down. because I am in a wheelchair I do not have a voice. I was man handled and dumped on the plane wheelchair battery broken everyone on the flight was saying sorry. I have video copy of it all feel very violated
@TUIUK Your staff on the plane was shock they said that they would come and right a complaint with me later in the flight. But they did not. When landed they told me they made the report. Never ask how I was feeling about what https://t.co/bfZk0JFNBp one cared.
@TUIUK One of the men held my breast Squeeze it in his hand to try and make it flatter and then forcefully made strap that should’ve gone over my shoulder, went across my breasts, no other safety straps were used to carry me up. My breast is in pain still
@TUIUK sorry not happy to just send it without speaking with someone to help and manage my complaint. Can’t do this until Monday as I am very drowsy from the strong pain relief, I have to take because of what happened to me. Everytime I think about how I was treated I cry back to sleep
@TUIUK traveling next week I’m disabled in a wheelchair. Trying to get staff at Wood Green N22 shop to help me and all I get is rude people on the phone. Before I paid I was promised everything now they don’t care. I just feel like cancelling my holiday. Can someone contact me
@British_Airways please can someone contact me. I’m so saddened to read all the trouble other disabled people are having. I used to talk highly about BA now as a disabled person you treat me unprofessionally but happy to take my money. No one reply to my emails. So trying here
@British_Airways I am a disabled traveler trying to contact BA without joy. I need someone to help me make a complaint. This is not nice I should not be treated like I am not someone. You took my money I want the service I paid for. Sorry this is not being disable friendly
Why do you force people to have to use social media for you to communicate. I am a disabled wheelchair user and I just want what was offered to me. #britishairways please sort this out its not nice how I am being treated and I am traveling soon.
@British_Airways I’m disappointed with BA last July my wheelchair was smashed on a flight. Made several offers as compensation. Including upgrading my next flight. Getting ready to travel still traumatise from last trip. No one knows about the offer no one answering my emails.
@kristina_xsr This has been done to me in 2020 age 51 the average age is over 80. I have been fighting to get out but only offer was to be moved to another one. I’m in a wheelchair, very independent I drive make clothes do voluntary work and now I am a spokesperson for many of the elderly.
@British_Airways This is the same official response I keep getting from BA. I’m sorry but try and imagine sitting down and not being able to move without someone help even to go to the bathroom. And knowing the company that cause this don’t even care. @flyingdisabled@air4all@UNHumanRights

@British_Airways My case ref 25187307. I have never felt as disabled as BA has made me feel in the 9 years of being in a wheelchair. Robbed of all my dignity. Saddest thing no one on your phones cared. As all they say is not their department.
@British_Airways Unable to do any of my volunteering work at present. 13 days no word from BA about my wheelchair. Do not allow BA to take away your wheelchair. #notdisabledfriendly#nightmare
