Really bad experience with Norwegian Airlines! Cabin bag removed on boarding by officious steward- despite stewardess finding space in o/head locker. Bag did not arrive in CPG & is still missing 2 weeks later! No response from customer service, no refund @Fly_Norwegian

Now 2 weeks since & it’s still missing - no response to emails to you despite! No refund on essential items. No address to complain to. Avoid Norwegian if you can /don’t trust them with your bags!!
