@nsandi Hi Adam, yes it was a covering letter (verifying my son’s signature) and a completed registration form (as attached) these documents were sent signed for and have been received by yourselves at the end of Feb.

@nsandi just wondered what your timescales are for responding to correspondence, a letter was received by yourselves on 26 Feb, no contact from you yet? I’m supporting my son to try and access some premium bonds which were previously managed by me until he reached 16!

@nsandi It’s a generic question which I would appreciate an answer to, I won’t be phoning you as NS&I won’t discuss anything with me as my son is now responsible for managing his premium bonds, hence the reason why the letter and form were sent through the post (signed for)

@nsandihelp Would have been a helpful tool & starting point, seems odd that 1 day can see he has PB’s when I log in, linked them to my prize checker app but as the PB’s now disappeared we can’t locate the acc no.anymore, I wonder how many”lost”PB’s there are once a child turns 16 # hard work

@nsandihelp I had invested £100 in premium bonds for my son which was visible when I accessed my online account (along with my PB’s), he is now 16 and this amount is now not visible, what happens now, does he sort this or can I and what information is required to do this ?

@nsandihelp Thanks he will write TRACE thank you, yes his address is up to date he has lived here since birth, please could the letter be sent again as we definitely haven’t received one, his birthday was the beginning of September.

@nsandihelp Also I did not receive any correspondence prior to him being 16?? Should I have done ? If I had known in advance I would have withdrawn the money before he was 16 and let him sort his own account out should he have wanted premium bonds in his own name ?

@nsandihelp Thank you, I found that form but presumed there would be a digital way of him taking access without having to somehow print a form out and get someone to witness/ write a covering letter. How would we find his acc details to add to the form or can we say held under my acc?

Gap on the road bridge over the river Derwent at Kirkham Abbey, bollards have been put up at the entry to the bridge but the gap in the wall straight down into the river is very dangerous !

@TSB I can do, however I don’t need to make another online payment for a few days so not sure how I would know if it’s working or not, don’t want to have to try again and it not work!

@TSB what’s the issue with trying to approve an online debit card payment, I’ve been trying for 2 days now, the button to approve is frozen and doesn’t do anything! I’ve had to use PayPal to make the payment instead. I need this resolving and some timescales for TSB doing this?

@TSB There’s no need for a DM, it’s the same complaint as everyone else, I have logged onto a website to make a debit card payment, when I open the TSB app and select payments to approve the “approve”
button does not do anything, that’s it, it’s frozen, the app does not need updates.

@EnglishHeritage my monthly direct debit hasn’t been taken in October (usually gets taken at the end of each month and the last one was 30 Sept). Who could I message to get this resolved ?

@thetrainline just booked some tickets on the app but the payment isn’t showing on my records and the tickets aren’t available in the app, will I need to complete the transaction again ? Just don’t want charging twice !!

@TPExpressTrains if I book an advance single train ticket (for example from Scarborough to York) can I get on the train at Malton or would I have to start my journey in Scarborough ?

@thetrainline Thank you for your reply, yes it was all sorted eventually .... only to have sheep on the train line delaying my journey by 45 minutes, luckily I didn’t have a connection to make so enjoyed the sunshine whilst waiting ☀️☀️

@thetrainline is there a problem with mobile tickets today ? I have paid for some tickets to travel in 2 hours but they won’t download on the app and the email confirmation doesn’t have a PDF attached it’s an ics attachment, what do you suggest are my next steps ?
