@RobbieFleen@tfwrail This is exactly how it was on a journey from Doncaster to kings x back in December. Only two carriages , couldn’t even get up to stretch your legs / go to toilet . We all kept swapping seats to give everyone a chance to sit - horrendous I complained ++ and got same response 🙄🤬

@WandleHA love it how you pay someone to come around a privately owned block and issue them with a charge for removal for shoes outside a door,but you don’t act on complaints about how bad the cleaning and maintenance is in the block which we pay£250pm for 🤬
