@BeingBoycie Not sure if you want it but I have John's suit from Green Green Grass. I was planning on having it altered to fit my rather short frame however it is yours if you want it. Such a really great actor who in all of his various roles made me laugh.
@NASAHubble@chandraxray Very impressive, although I guess it must rely on how you allocate the frequencies otherwise it could sound less like music and more like noise!
@LeeEvansArchs Refreshing to see an architects practice that understand the importance of the educational spaces they design for tomorrows citizens. Getting the space right can inspire children to succeed at a variety of levels and also makes it a more engaging experience for them.
@helenflynnCPT @Tesco@cutnoise Ordinarily I hate muzak, however whilst understanding that the staff get bored with it and find the music somewhat irritating for my once a week visit to Tesco I find it somewhat uplifting in what are otherwise gloomy and doomladen times.
@susan_witterick There is a very real worry that this will result in poor quality design ignoring noise and air quality issues. This is despite the fact that the Government issued the National Design Guide in October 2019 which will probably now be revoked.
@TheANC73 This is my must attend event at the start of 2020. At long last acousticians will be able to provide advice to developers and Local Authorities with a high degree of consistency between practitioners.
Congrats to all thosene in the guidance and for all of your hard work.
@sandybrownUK How times have changed with both of them smoking in an enclosed area!
Fortunately the greatest of acousticians of standing continues to be recognised many years later.
@ArchitectsJrnal Next weeks Institute of Acoustics Conference about the WHO Noise Guidelines could shape housing development policy for years to come. https://t.co/d4zhoXh0qO
This is the must attend event for everyone involved in development.
