@onemic419@RealSpitfire "Yes I am incapable of being a fair and impartial juror for racial reasons" is the meme technique white people joke about using to AVOID jury duty.
Yes your honor this is my motion in limine to exclude all of the government's evidence because if the jury saw it they might think my client was guilty
@JTAlexander On the one hand, it's totally normal to weigh prejudicial nature versus probative value of certain evidence — on the other, I'm not sure I've ever seen that applied to a video recording of the instant offense.
@MetzUAC1530 there's basically just the one map of the united states and everyone passes it around pretending that it means this or that when it's really just the other thing
@FrenlyOfficer Probably the same as the practical goal of Massie doing his Epstein files dramatics, which is:
•waste time
•look busy
•not be productive
•receive praise from people who don't notice the above
All in all, not the worst thing for a congress creature to be doing
I was watching a movie from the 70s and a character was running late driving somewhere and got held up at a road work site and he yelled “Outta the way, hardhat!”, and I thought man we even had a slur for construction workers what a great country we used to be
@ZeionAchillor@GarrettPetersen@FischerKing64 Sort of - they're required to jump through some parallel construction hoops to beat a Batson challenge, and they can never never never admit that they're using obvious facts everyone knows.

@GlomarResponder These two made an enormous circus out of the "Epstein files," why wouldn't they also make an enormous circus out of losing their seats after that?
