@kryptical@Daz_just_Daz@EndersFPS Is that not to counteract how quickly kbm can change strafe direction though?
A controller user physically can’t track someone a-d spamming without aim assist
@MrProWestie Looking forward to battlefield’s next social post poking fun at how they violated consumer trust.
Maybe they could release the trailer for the next game “ahead of schedule”
@karloftheozz Problem is that they mislead a lot of people. There was alway some BS excuse - ‘this version is months old’, ‘it’ll be much better after the day 1 patch’, all sugar coated in flashy cinematic trailers… All of it total lies. Hopefully customers have finally learned.
@karloftheozz Man the number of red flags in the early access.. do you remember? Even by DICE’s standards it was a bad launch. Don’t know what people were expecting tbh..
I never wrote a faster refund request.
I fully appreciate that Chris Rock’s ‘joke’ was mean spirited and not funny.
…having said that, the fact that Will Smith assaulted him in front of a room full of people, & was still allowed to accept his award is exactly why Hollywood had Weinstein
#Oscars2022
@tynraxx@ChikenAU Did you / @ChikenAU have to cite specific things or was that all?
My situation was a little different is why I ask. Have had some friends who didn’t bother asking for theirs
@SBcfc41@MightyQu1nn75 Yeah the whole point about marketing / comms is managing your customer’s expectations.
They spent months misleading customers about the game’s readiness - effectively tricking them into buying, before ghosting them for the whole of January.
This is not how it should be at all…
@Vashkigalix @Battlefield Clearly this is the first Battlefield game you’ve bought. Any real Battlefield gamer knows this is EA and Dices MO. It takes them 4 months to make the game right, which by my math, March is 4 months. Go complain somewhere else.
@curiousENIGMA27@FaisalWaham19@EndersFPS They’re trying to reach different demographics outside of the core customer. If they’d sponsored JackFrags or Westie, or even a smaller steamer, they’re only reaching the same people they always do. And these people have already bought, or decided not to
Good plan, poorly timed
