@MBTA_CR Can someone pleas explain to me why trains are held before the platform at SS? The trains are on a schedule; expected to arrive at the same time everyday. How is it that we sit here for 10 mins waiting for a signal to proceed? My on time train is now late.
@MBTA_CR You don’t need a survey to know reliability is most important. As we sit here outside SS for 30+ minutes because of a “switch issue.” Ticket refunds should be available in situations like this. Absolutely absurd.
@cascadianfarm @jcmusik08 Seconding this. Price per oz should remain consistent. Price gauging during a time when consumers are already struggling is a bad look. I’ll be considering alternative brands.
