An agreement must be honoured. A reward system must be fair.
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
The 5 Day Work Week for bank employees was agreed in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. Its implementation cannot remain pending indefinitely.
At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.
Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.
Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.
We seek no privilege, only implementation of an agreed commitment, equality in reward and dignity at work.

India’s Bank employees seek two things rooted in fairness and dignity at work.
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.
At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.
Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

@HaierIndia I raised a complaint RA20250802000009 via WhatsApp on Saturday. Got a whatsapp reply: local team will contact in 2 hrs. It's been 24+ hrs, no call. Now customer care says 24–48 hrs. Who's right—WhatsApp or call center? #PoorService#Haier
@rohithverse Your foot?? He gave basic human rights to the oppressed.. That's achieved after thousands of years of oppression... He gave voice to the voiceless.. He gave access to education for the outcasts..
Science and invention important.. But being human is far better than that..
@RajeshwariRW@narendramodi Shame on you, just read what he did for women empowerment, labour welfare, his ideology was behind the establishment of RBI, maternity leave for women, uplifting the backwards, he emphasized on land reforms, guaranteed equal rights for everyone and you judge him on reservation.
