@hammersmithandy @BritishGasHelp @BritishGas maybe you could get British Gas to respond, why their App, still won’t let you top up. It’s been down since 1st Oct and they don’t seem to care, plus you can’t top up at any local shop, has to be a post office, if you have one locally!
