@UPS_UK we keep getting chased for invoices that are not for us (waybill has been ticked for customer to be liable for charges) and we’ve spoken to your customer service too many times we’ve lost count. Is there anyone that will ever be able to help us?!?!?! Absolutely appalling!
@UPS been waiting over a month for a huge commercial shipment now... no one seems to be able to help! It’s over 90kgs so pretty sure it can’t get lost 😡 won’t be using UPS for our business shipments in the future that’s for sure!
