Yesterday, scheduled to depart 5:10pm and we boarded at 7:30pm.
Today, scheduled to depart 5:10pm and it's past 8:30pm and we're still waiting to board now.

@Delta 2 and half hours online trying to rebook a flight due to a DELTA schedule change, only for the flight to be cancelled. Trying to submit a complaint online & more difficulties & time wasted due to 'an error has occurred and we were unable to submit your information.'
@BHRUT_NHS 12 hours and counting... That's the number of hours my mum has been waiting in A&E at Queen's Hospital for an x-ray and to see a doctor for the results (after being knocked down on the road). She is still waiting now. She is tired and in pain. #NHS
@AmericanAir Btwn #PUJ via #MIA to #GCM yesterday, an entire packing cube containing my clothes has been removed from my small suitcase (dark blue/stars design). I've reported it. I would really like this item returned & the person responsible for removing it held responsible.
@AmericanAir I live on a small, remote island where I cannot purchase & replace these items easily. It needs to be investigated as to who went into my small gate checked suitcase without authorisation & someone needs to be held accountable. Please can you locate my missing item & return it.
@AmericanAir Yes, I called lastnight & they stated I need to go online and complete the form. However, inside this packing cube were my favourite clothes & swimsuits. I'd really like it to be located & returned. I do not have receipts for every item of clothing contained within it. So upset.
@Delta what does error code #ROR4013AR mean? I'm trying to book a flight and keep getting the same error code. I've tried a different device, browser and payment card.
@bookingcom This booking platform has gone completely downhill. Zero customer support, zero accountability, it's disappointing as it used to be so good. Now they use the platform to confuse and con customers. Such a shame! Still waiting for the transcript from my call to you!
@bookingcom So, I'm told changes can't be made to my booking because it's through a partner company, yet you refuse to share the partner company details for me to contact them directly. I am so disappointed, having used your company for years I feel absolutely robbed and misled.
@bookingcom I requested a full transcript of my phone call with your agent and am yet to receive it. I was told you can't make changes to my booking because it's a partner agency then you refused to share contact details of that partner for me to follow up. Absolutely appalling!
@Rdbisgod@bookingcom I've literally just had a 2hr experience, on the phone, trying to resolve a date error on my booking. No luck and now I've just had to pay out another 200 USD for a room tonight. It's disgusting , I've used them for years and now they're playing games with third party agencies!
@bookingcom I made a booking on your app for what I thought was 17 April, I arrive at the hotel to be told it's 17 July. After 2hrs on the phone, going round in circles trying to change the date with no success. Your app is misleading and penalising customers! I booked with you!
