Is it possible to have a phone number or somewhere a person wheelchair bound can ring to advise that they need assistance with boarding to notify the conductor they need assistance.
@VLine Yes I know. But I won’t have time to get to the Alfred from southern cross. I need to be there 20 minutes before my appointments. I shouldn’t be out of pocket and pay for a cab. And that’s still pushing it
@VLine any chance of arranging a maxi cab 🚕 to be waiting a southern cross to get me to the Alfred. This is the 4th appointment that may have to be canceled because you keep cancelling trains. I cannot miss today’s 1:30 appointment
@vline_geelong Sorry @vline_geelong passengers affected by this. I’m the the person in the wheelchair they refused to board as a result the train departed late.
@VLine@vline_geelong What more do you need. I wanted to board the 16:48 from platform 16B southern cross.
The conductor refused to board me. And mention a court case Alice was in.
@vline_geelong@VLine looks like Alice Yates has got all the female conductors on her side. One of her friend just refused me boarding on the 16:48 to South Geelong
@VLine@vline_geelong@danielbowen@cjdawson @jarcitaallen could not get the 9:34 or the 9:54 to southern cross from Wyndham Vale due to reduced capacity trains NOT GOOD ENOUGH
@yarratrams When are you going to increase the frequency of low floor trams on route 72 to and from the Alfred hospital, every third or forth tram is a joke.
