Malaysian Authorities have an unhealthy obsession with wanting to censor human sexuality. I think this is what contributes to the sexual violence that we see these days. If you don't accept sex as a part of normal human behaviour, and you try to repress it as something to be ashamed, fearful or guilty about, you're going to give way to other forms of irrational human behaviour.
