Not often I have a rant on social media but appalling service tonight from @British_Airways who cancelled our GLA-LHR-JFK flights at less than 24 hours notice, alternative offered arrives after a cruise departing Sunday lunchtime. Despite legal obligation they refuse to talk 1/2

@sgriff1990 @GLA_Airport I have two one day trips planned in the next fortnight and have also been unable to book parking - means my only alternative is to arrange a taxi which costs at least twice as much. Surely this policy needs a rethink?!

Our Bag it, Tie it, Bin it! campaign is now out in the community. We spent a soggy, chilly afternoon siting our bag holders and QR code stickers showing where to find the nearest bin. We put some round the AstroTurf to try and solve our litter problems there too! #lfs

@SP_EduSkills Disappointing to hear Councillor McCabe suggest that the lack of emails from parents in his inbox means parents aren’t concerned! Perhaps local councils need to engage more through existing groups like parent councils etc. Falkirk Council comms have been one way so far..

So @car_lease , 8 hours after you tried to deliver the wrong car to us we are still without a replacement. weekend plans cancelled as no family sized car to travel in and how will my husband get to work on Monday? How hard is it to arrange an appropriate hire car for us? #fail
