After a TERRIBLE travel experience due to missing my connecting flight (with ZERO help from the JFK personnel), we decided to drive back home to Boston through the night. I took a wrong turn, but my one solace was I ended up in Whitestone, home to one @GillianWithaG…1/2

Which then made think to relax to some true crime recaps with @TrueCrimeObsess which totally did the trick and helped me stay awake. My mother was concerned what I was listening to, and asked if I really enjoy @patrickhinds laughing all the time and I said ABSOLUTELY!

@AmericanAir For the comment box: if you can make modifications on the flights for the flight crew to give instructions on how to access specific shuttles AmericanAirline/JetBlue transfers, this would be extremely useful. We waited to hear something and that’s what started the fiasco.

@JFKairport @JetBlue @AmericanAir And the doors were closed and we were turned away very rudely. We have been rescheduled for the next flight in the morn’n but we have conflicting appts. for the arrival time so this is unacceptable. We have decided to rent a car and drive 4 hrs. home to Boston.

@JFKairport @JetBlue @AmericanAir My elderly parents and I missed the connecting flight from jfk to boston because there was no help in getting us to the correct terminal. Anyone we did stop to ask led us in the direction to end up going through TSA, of which were very rude to us. We got to the terminal … 1/2
