The sad reality is, the more things go wrong, the more you have to pray.

I think there's a conspiracy between the government and religious organizations. The more the system doesn't work, the more your local church can milk you in terms of being 'grateful' you didn't die while traveling, weren't kidnapped, or die in a hospital procedure.

Whereas these are things that can be solved by holding governments accountable. Better roads would reduce crashes, a well-funded and community-centered police would quell insecurity, and abundant and working healthcare plans would ease the burden on the average taxpayer.
