@British_Airways arrived at LAX on Wednesday night BA0629 with a bag missing. Had various emails saying it’s on its way but still nothing at all. Really poor service from BA with flimsy updates and 4 days later, still no bag. We have no idea where it is !! 😡😡

@British_Airways Why do we have to keep sending this stuff ? The bag went missing over a week ago and we got given a letter at LAX with a File Reference Number on it. It is beyond belief that 8 days after we arrived we still have no clue where the bag is. Utterly shameful.

It would be really nice if @British_Airways bothered to tell us where the bag is that went missing over a week ago. Shameful that a bag full of personal belongings for a once in a lifetime trip is still not with us ONE WEEK after we arrived in LA.

@British_Airways It would probably be better if you just confessed you’ve no idea where the bag is and it’s lost ! Shameful that BA can just lose a family bag full of personal stuff for a once in a lifetime holiday and not bother to tell us where it is. And trying phoning BA !! What a joke.

@British_Airways It’s obviously far too hard for BA to communicate correct information to us and we’ve now been here ONE WHOLE WEEK !!!! Shambolic and awful customer service.

@British_Airways This is a joke. We’ve looked at the online tracker and there is no mention of the address we are staying at in Malibu yet on Saturday we had a text saying it’s on its way to that address ! We’ve tried calling BA but impossible to get through. Can someone call me please ?
