Agents didn't ask for ID—or even his name—just tackled him down with no warrant.

Romeo has a speech impediment, making it difficult for him to communicate quickly to agents.

ICE later admit that he wasn't the person they were looking for—but detained him anyway even though he has no criminal record.

This happened at the Early Bird restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska.

The family do not know where Romeo was taken to be detained.
