“People fall so in love with their pain, they can’t leave it behind. The same as the stories they tell. We trap ourselves.”— Chuck Palahniuk

“The truth knocks on the door and you say, ‘Go away, I’m looking for the truth,’ and so it goes away. Puzzling.” — Robert M. Pirsig

Free of fear, Free of hate.

Wake up every single day like a warrior.

Stay disciplined.

Keep your weapons sharp, keep your weapons polished.

Do not celebrate victories too much, for that is the job of your family.

Do not be bothered by the occasional loss, for that is the job of your enemies.

When losses are studied by you, they become strategies.

When victories are studied by you, you become distracted.

Both past achievements and past pains are simply fictional now.

The present is all that matters.

Do not fear the day ahead of you.

Do not fear the outcome of your work.

Simply treat the process like your God.

Intend to do good in this world.

Keep a river of love flowing through your heart.

Get better every single day.

And then God will do the rest.

Only the mind that is completely still, without a word, without a movement, without an image, that is no longer functioning from the centre, only such a mind can function in a totally different dimension.
