I believed the issue was resolved hence didn't escalate yet. I ordered 48L @cromaretail OTG 2-3 days ago from @cromaretail Malleshwaram. The item was delivered without any box and manual.

Initially, everything looked fine, after browsing the internet, I found two missing discs for the rotisserie, 13 in photos attached below. When I visited the store, the first thing the store decided was to try and manipulate me into believing that all items were already delivered. They asked for photos and videos too, which I provided immediately.

Today I needed to physically visit store to procure the manual PDF. Further, I noticed tongs were also missing as mentioned in the manual. Store assured me the two rotisserie discs would be delivered today at around 7PM but no further response from them. I demand full refund and compensation for my items. By tomorrow, if I don't get the balance rotisserie discs, I would be escalating via consumer forum directly.
