20 hours have passed and @AirCanada did not take care of my mother’s hotel accommodation at the Doha International airport. Highly unexpected and extremely disappointing service from @AirCanada.

From a 75K status member: Very disappointing experience with @AirCanada on not taking care of my aging mother (travelling with status pass privileges) when her flight was delayed in YYZ leading to missed connection at Doha. Stranded for 24 hrs with no accommodation or care.

@AirCanada Hello, she was rebooked onto the same flight for next day, which has led to her being stranded at the Doha airport for 24 hrs. The minimum I was expecting was a hotel accommodation. It’s already over 10 hrs and still no outcome. She’s not fit to take this stress.
