This is Emika’s story—a journey that began in a small village in West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya, and now takes her soaring through the skies as a cabin crew member.

Born in 2005, Emika would wake up early every morning to walk for over an hour through forest areas just to reach her village school. The classroom was small, the facilities were basic, and opportunities seemed limited.

Her parents struggled to provide for their six children.
Everything changed in 2013 when Emika, along with her younger sister, joined the Art of Living Free School in Bengaluru.

What she found there transformed her life completely. Smart boards replaced small classrooms. Quality teachers replaced uncertainty. Chanting, Sanskrit, Bhagavad Gita, and Kriya practices replaced anxiety with confidence.

“Everything I needed was given to me in the ashram,” Emika shares. “The positive environment shaped me into who I am today.”

Today, Emika is the first person from her entire village to achieve this milestone. She now supports her family financially and emotionally, helping her siblings pursue their education dreams.

Before every flight, she practices Kriya—the same practice that helped her overcome nervousness and build unshakeable confidence.

Emika is one of over 100,000 students being empowered through 1,200+ Art of Living schools across India, proving that when education meets opportunity, dreams truly take flight.

​Plant Varieties: 1,300 Manikchaman plants & 600 Thomson plants.

​In 2018, Pavan used a 50/50 mix of chemical and organic methods. From 2018 to Today, the farm is a powerhouse of natural inputs using Minimal Intervention: Uses only 3gm of GA per acre annually and Hydrogen Cyanamide specifically for bud pesting.

Pavan doesn't stop at grapes. He utilizes intercropping with Urad and Green Gram,vegetables in the grapes.

He also have ​Lemon 180 plants yielded a staggering ₹2,50,000 in the 2024-25 season. Along with
​Sugarcane: He has set a massive target of 100 Tons for the per acre current year with highest Sugar recovery.

And now we see how the sentiments of Hindus are deeply wounded by this laddu. This is something which cannot be pardoned, it cannot be forgiven. It's malicious and it is the height of greed of people who are involved in this process. So, they need to be punished severely. All their assets should be seized & they should be put in jail, whoever is remotely involved in this process...We need to check not just the laddu but every food product. What about the ghee that is available in the market? Is anyone checking what they are putting in it? All those who adulterate food & put the mark that it is vegetarian and put any sort of non-veg stuff in it, should be very strictly punished...For the Temple management, we need to see that it is under the supervision of saints, swamis and spiritual leaders...We need to have a committee of spiritual leaders - both north and south, they should oversee. Let there be a person from the government side as well but he has to be playing a minor role. But major decisions, supervision and everything should be done by religious boards like SGPC, like the Muslim body, like Christians body..."
