To make matters worse, I had no food for the entire journey. Swiggy customer support is now saying it’s IRCTC’s responsibility, while the order was placed through their platform. This kind of passing the blame.

Another shocking experience with RailOne/Swiggy. I ordered food during my train journey through RailOne but the order was never delivered. The app falsely shows it as “Delivered,” and I have received no refund.

Hello @deepigoyal sir,
Doing great work, appreciated but few vendor in our city jodhpur packing hot food in polybags (i.e. dal) which is not good for the health at all (cancer calling).
Plz look into this matter sir becoz when i complain the owner he replied very awkwardly.
