@_Kalyan_K Sir, i have ordered Infinix 55 inch QLED TV a week ago. My order number is OD337848618034670100. Deliver & Installation done but there is no sound from TV at all. I have raised complaint on Flipkart, email, customer care but not getting any help. TV is of no use.

No Audio Issue – Infinix 55” QLED TV | Order OD337848618034670100
I received the Infinix 55” QLED TV yesterday and installation was completed today. There’s no physical damage, but the TV has no audio output even at 100% volume. Can’t find anyone to resolve the problem

@flipkartsupport See the screenshot in attachment. This is the reply from you Customer support when i ask for help. What will i do with the TV which has no sound at all. Kindly help me out with this as soon as possible. Otherwise will have to speak to Flipcart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy.
