This ticket is open for 1 week And one more ticket was opened by the backend team. Are they supposed to be resolved or it's just to fool the customer. Spoke to the local office in charge and she also lied. If you cannot fix it, initiate a refund

For new scooter, the app is not working. I have sent my concern to customer care by mail.. but no proper solution.
I have payed Rs.1888 as well which seems of no use as I am not able to use the services. I know the app is not compatible with new chetak 2413.

@TheOfficialSBI Send KYC form via mail to SBI 04621 branch 11 days ago but not getting any response. We are not in the home town that we can go to branch physically.

As others bank let customer update Kyc online sbi should have similar provisions.

@TataCLiQ Very bad experience. They sell products and if it is defective they ask the customer to talk to the brand to return/replace although it is within the period of return/replacement. After giving confirmation mail from google also they didnt return/repalce.
