@akshayakalpa it’s so annoying to depend on your delivery. Every second day there are delivery concerns. And the support team has no clue, imagine a customers day starts with reaching out to support team for supplies, nothing worse than this. @thiruka for your visibility sir.

@akshayakalpa @thiruka Just now received a call from support team, however nothing new. The only line we get to hear is “our sincere apologies”, and nothing beyond that. And the cycle continues. No real root causing, no actions, expecting some magic would happen and things will automatically improve

@DTDCIndia pathetic service, the consignment out for delivery since Saturday, not delivered yet. Raised multiple complaints, local office called and said that they don’t have agent to deliver.

@IndiGo6E genuine advise to people , take any other airline for travel whenever possible, dealing with Indigo is just next to impossible. specially their customer service, It’s such a painful task to deal with this airline.

@IndiGo6E it’s really a pain to talk to indigo customer care executives/agents. I wanted travel certificates, I have been on call with ur agents for more than 2 hours over past 2 days, still struggling to get it. I hope that I don’t have to travel in indigo anytime in future.
